From Engineering Drawings to a 46-Story Façade

Coordinating a Complex High-Rise Curtain Wall System

The Sarona Hotel project in Tel Aviv presents the challenge of translating hundreds of engineering decisions into a coordinated façade system for a 46-story tower. The design required detailed coordination of individual curtain wall modules, engineering connections and interfaces to ensure that the façade could be accurately implemented during construction.

A Fully Coordinated Curtain Wall Design

L. Efraim is responsible for the façade engineering and curtain wall design, developing the system from individual modules and engineering connections through to the fully coordinated façade. The engineering drawings provide the foundation for the ongoing installation, allowing the façade to transition from technical design into physical construction on site.
