L. Efraim was responsible for the building envelope design of Protea by the Sea, a premium beachfront residential complex overlooking the Mediterranean in Rishon LeZion. The project included approximately 40,000 m² of 2 mm aluminium cladding, with the façade engineering translating the architectural vision into a coordinated and buildable building envelope.
