Role:

L. Efraim provided façade design and engineering services for Excellent Aluminum Ltd. for approximately 7,500 m² of Stick curtain wall façades at Lishansky 22 in Rishon LeZion. The project integrates aluminium, aluminium composite 3D panels, and HPL cladding, translating detailed engineering drawings into precise on-site façade execution.

From Engineering Drawings to Façade Execution

Translating Complex Façade Design into Precise On-Site Execution

At Lishansky 22 in Rishon LeZion, the challenge was to translate detailed façade engineering into a precisely executed building envelope. The project involves approximately 7,500 m² of Stick curtain walls, requiring coordination between profiles, connections, interfaces and façade geometry to ensure that the design defined in the engineering drawings could be accurately realised on site.

A Coordinated Façade Design for Aluminium, Composite Panels and HPL

L. Efraim developed the façade design with a focus on translating engineering details into buildable systems. The façade design incorporates three materials: 2 mm aluminium, 4 mm aluminium composite cladding with three-dimensional panels, and HPL cladding. Profiles, connections, interfaces and façade geometry were defined to support the transition from engineering drawings to the physical glass and aluminium systems installed on the building.

±5 mm

A dimensional tolerance of ±5 mm was maintained to support accurate fabrication, alignment, and on-site façade installation.

Selected Details

Approximately 7,500 m² of Stick curtain wall façades are being executed at the project, with the engineered façade gradually taking shape on site. Each installed floor and façade section brings the building closer to the geometry and appearance established in the original design.
