Engineering a High-Performance Façade at Scale

Turning Architectural Intent into a Buildable Curtain Wall

Eco Tower in Tel Aviv required the façade to balance architectural intent, structural requirements and energy performance while remaining suitable for manufacturing, assembly and installation at a large scale. The challenge extended to coordinating thousands of individual connections, interfaces and details across approximately 7,000 m² of building envelope.

Engineering 7,000 m² of Curtain Wall with PV Glass

L. Efraim Ltd. developed the façade down to its individual connections, interfaces and technical details, maintaining consistency across approximately 7,000 m² of curtain wall. A key element of the design is the integration of PV glass, enabling portions of the building envelope to contribute to energy generation.

±5 mm

A dimensional tolerance of ±5 mm was maintained for accurate fabrication, alignment and installation.
